Is Figaro Event a travel agency
We are not a travel or tourism agency. Figaro Event goes beyond because tourism is one of its pillars and bases for experiences, but our focus is to offer you more. We believe you deserve to live experiences beyond services. Even though we assist you in booking event-tourism services such as tickets, transportation, accommodation, and attractions, our main goal is to make your itinerary for attending an event or show an unforgettable experience. With Figaro Event, you will have the assistance of an Experience Agent who will help you with your requests, and you can specify to them which items are indispensable for you to have an unforgettable experience.
Do I need to pay for everything before receiving my experience itinerary? What is the initial investment?
No, you initially pay only the experience facilitation fee for the services you selected and would like Figaro Event to handle for you. At this stage, you do not pay for third-party services such as airlines, hotels, and others. In this first part, we conduct a thorough research and recommend a fully personalized experience route for you. You review it, request changes (if needed), and after you approve your package, we send you the prices of the chosen experiences, respecting the conditions of the current offers at the time of your approval*. You can pay via PIX, bank transfer, or split payment on your credit card.
*Remember that many tourism services have dynamic pricing, which may change. Our commitment is to inform you of any changes during your service.
How do you choose the cultural and musical events to include in the itinerary?
Figaro Event will carefully select cultural events, shows, and performances aligned with your interests and choices, seeking attractions with platform partners as well as external ones, ensuring that each experience is meaningful and memorable for you. If you already have a particular show in mind when requesting your service, please indicate it in your form or communicate it to your Experience Agent during the service. If you don't, you will receive more than one option (depending on the available offers at the location and days you communicated to Figaro) and can choose the experiences you most want to attend.
Can I make changes to the itinerary during the trip?
Com certeza, estamos aqui para ajustá-la conforme suas preferências. Se você fizer a alteração antes da aprovação da sua rota de experiências, a alteração é gratuita. Após a aprovação, você poderá solicitar a mudança a partir do pagamento da taxa extra.
How does the ticket booking process for theaters and musicals work?
If you decided on one of the Figaro Event packages or the research and booking service, we take care of all the reservations for you, ensuring the best seats and a worry-free experience at the selected cultural events.
Do you offer affordable options without compromising the quality of the experience?
Yes. Even though payment upgrades can offer you great thrills, many incredible experiences are accessible to different types of budgets. We have 4 experience plans that cater to different budgets, from our Standard plan to the Figaro Epic Experience. Additionally, you have the option to individually choose which services you want, allowing for customization that fits your budget!
What is the advantage of using our platform to find your services during the trip?
Our platform provides you with easy access to all the information about your itinerary, allowing you to stay connected and informed without having to search for tickets in different suppliers' emails or through your phone's gallery of images and downloads. With Figaro Event, it's easier to organize yourself and find the information about your experience route.
How do you ensure that the selected hotels meet my quality standards?
We work with trusted partners and conduct a rigorous selection process, ensuring that the experience itineraries offer you the quality and excellence you deserve.
Is there any support available if unforeseen events occur during the trip?
Yes, our support can be hired either as part of a package or individually when customizing your experience. Our Standard plan covers the entire event period during business hours, while packages starting from the Premium plan provide 24/7 support.
